Abstract
Background: Team leadership performance is associated with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) quality but team leadership is often substandard during in-hospital CPR. Little is known about why and how team leadership fails during in-hospital CPR. This study aims to investigate reasons for substandard team leadership during in-hospital CPR.
