In July 2018, the European Union rendered its Google Android decision where it imposed a fine for abusive behavior involving the Android Mo-bile Operating System. The abuse had three elements directed at protect-ing Google’s cash cow; its de facto control over Internet advertisements. In this paper, Google Android will be analysed, including its embedded assumptions and the principles it stands for.
