Abstract
Excellent doctor education training is a major reform program of medical personnel training carried out by both the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Public Health. The purpose is to solve the outstanding problems in medical personnel training, to follow the law of education, to conform to the global standards of medical education and the most basic requirements, and to cultivate qualified clinical doctors. The connotation of excellence is not the pursuit of high-grade, but constantly promote the reform of medical training mode, and strive to improve the education quality by means of elite education in accordance with the requirements of the different positions of the medical and health undertakings, in order to meet the needs of health development and health system reform and development.
