Abstract

With the development of new technology revolution and the continuous change of economic structure, the number of information management and information system professionals in Colleges and universities is increasing based on the direction of computer development. The Ministry of education and universities take many measures to promote the reform and development of talent training mode. Based on this, the paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and improvement of research mode. This paper first collects relevant data, lays a theoretical foundation for this research, and compares and analyzes the current computer development direction of information management and information system professional talent training mode and traditional training mode, and establishes a training mechanism group to explore the training mechanism of management accounting talents in the direction of integration of business and finance driven by big data, and introduces the mechanism of training accounting talents Details and evaluation indicators of. From the perspective of computer development direction, according to the test theory method and technology, the function and performance of the training mechanism are verified completely, and the comparison and analysis are made with the traditional talent training mechanism. Among them, the evaluation indexes mainly include satisfaction with the cultivation of professional talents and the competency required by the information management and information system professionals in Colleges and universities. The results show that the proportion of competency needed by the professionals of information management and information system is 44.4%. This shows that through the innovation of the training mechanism of management accounting personnel and the improvement of the training mode through the analysis results, the talents of information management and information system in Colleges and universities can be trained with both theory and practice and meet the actual needs.
