Abstract
患者女,40岁.因体检发现子宫肌瘤、左卵巢肿瘤于2007年3月来院就诊.行子宫肌瘤剥离术、左卵巢肿瘤切除术.术中意外发现大网膜有一灰白色结节状肿物,表面光滑.腹腔内未见明显腹水.切除该肿物,与子宫肌瘤、左卵巢肿瘤一并送检。
