脂肪平滑肌肉瘤（lipoleiomyosarcoma，LLMS）为高分化脂肪肉瘤的一种罕见组织学亚型，即高分化脂肪肉瘤中混杂有高分化平滑肌肉瘤的成分。本文收集了1例LLMS，分析其临床病理特征，复习相关文献，探讨其诊断与鉴别诊断要点。.
