Abstract

In this research paper, a diet problem is solved, which is recommended by daily food for a person's daily nutrition (Vitamin) by food. We find the vitamins content which a person used, in their daily life. We use vitamins such as Vitamin A, B, C, D, E, and etc. in our daily lives, which are found in some foods such as Spinach, Bok Choy, Greens Pea, Mustard Green, Romaine lettuce. , Carrots, mushrooms, cabbage, bell peppers and cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, colored greens, etc., like Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and K etc, which are available in some food. The food like Spinach, Bok Choy, Greens Peas, Mustard Green, Romaine Lettuce, Carrot, Mushroom, cabbage, Bell peppers and cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, Collard Greens, etc. We search for quantities of the same using weight goal programming techniques, as the minimum amount of calories.
