Abstract
The operation of many unmanned aircraft systems, small unmanned aircraft systems are carried out in a boundary layer of the atmosphere. This layer is significantly affected by the diversity of low-level weather phenomena and be affected by local factors as elements of the urban environment or local characteristics of topography. Therefore, the general aviation information can appear to be irrelevant for particular unmanned aircraft systems missions. In this paper, the approach to analyze possible weather hazards in the boundary layer of the atmosphere that can influence the safety of unmanned aircraft systems operations (mostly Small unmanned aircraft systems), success in their mission realization, and durability enhancement were made. The information can be used for further assessment of risks for unmanned aircraft systems operations connected with weather hazards.
