Abstract

Abstract: I share my story on the significance of Elizabeth Cook-Lynn, both as a scholar and a friend and mentor. I share a few personal stories exemplifying her dedication to Native students and discuss Cook-Lynn as one of the most important political writers of our time. Finally, I end discussing our responsibility as Native scholars, and that is to keep the plot moving.
