Abstract
INTRODUCING OF THE MISSION COMMAND AND VERSATILE LEADERSHIP CONCEPTS IN THE CONTEXT OF CULTURAL DIMENSIONS OF MIND PROGRAMMING The concepts of Mission Command and Versatile Leadership are very similar in many ways, regardless the fact that they develop in ‘parallel’ realities – military and civilian. Both concepts require the use of a culture dependent methods of introducing into the military or civilian organisations. The cultural dimension of mind programming creates the set of specific conditions for introducing the MC and VL – some of those aspects can be positive and some negative toward those two concepts. But without researching and without awareness of those conditions there will be a lot of chaos and misinterpretations in the organisations where MC and VL concepts appear.
