Abstract
The article discusses the issues of applying digital transformation directly in the technological process of manufacturing cable and wire products by a detailed consideration of the production process: operationally and as a single technological cycle. Consideration of the digital transformation of the technological process was carried out taking into account the high energy intensity of production and three-shift work of production workshops. Ensuring the production of high-quality cable and wire products is possible only with strict compliance with the requirements for the technological process and control of maintaining technological modes. The solution of the issue of introducing digital transformation into the technological process of cable production will ensure the fulfillment of strict requirements for the operational reliability of cable lines. The article presents the results of scientific research on the operation of modern (innovative) technological equipment for the production of cable products. The personnel issue of servicing new technological lines and the influence of the level of qualification of service personnel on production indicators and ensuring a high degree of reliability of cable products are also highlighted. The analysis was carried out both on a single technological equipment and on a closed technological cycle with the introduction of complex digital tasks into the technology: the results of past work experience, multi-criteria optimization of the operation mode of complex technological systems, the relationship of digitalization and automation of technological operations, development of modern methods of technical and economic efficiency assessment with reference to technology and determination of the possibility of the depth of implementation of digital systems in the current production in order to ensure high quality and operational reliability of manufactured cable and wire products.
