Determination of the degree of digitalization at the cable enterprise level

Abstract

The article deals with the issues of the impact on the reliability of cable lines of the level of digital maturity of the enterprise producing cable products. Operational reliability of cable and wire products is largely determined by the smooth and uninterrupted operation of all technological equipment - cable machines, combined with strict compliance with technological regimes and requirements for production technology. The article also highlights the issue of the introduction of integrated automation of production at a cable enterprise, which includes all aspects of the plant's work, starting with the process of forming a portfolio of orders, ensuring production volumes through competent preparation of production orders for main and auxiliary workshops, financial security of production, accounting, procurement and sales activities, as well as staffing, taking into account personnel training. The production process of cable manufacturing was analyzed by aspects: the volume of the company's conversion of analog resources into digital format, as well as the level of employees who have mastered new digital tools and digital professions. At the same time, the costs of digitalization, digital assets, digital interaction, digitalization of business processes, the amount of expenses for digital equipment of employees, the degree of digitization of work processes, robotization and automation of technological processes for the production of cable and wire products were taken into account. All this made it possible to assess the internal level of maturity of the digital transformation of the cable enterprises of Uzbekistan and identify problematic issues related to the optimization of the production process, technology improvements and the creation of optimal conditions for increasing the operational reliability of the cable and wire products produced by the cable enterprises of Uzbekistan.
