Abstract

Proposals and recommendations have been developed on the mechanisms and benefits of introducing a student state in employer organizations in order to increase the competence of students in the system of agricultural education and increase their competitiveness in the labor market, ensure student employment, and apply the knowledge and skills gained in the learning process.
