Abstract

In the presented paper the necessity of introducing digital tools into the activities of the enterprise in order to improve its efficiency is noted. Special attention is paid to the issues of using certain elements of artificial intelligence. Types of chatbots, peculiarities of their practical application. As well as advantages and disadvantages, are analyzed. The comparative analysis of services for chatbots is performed. The requirements to be considered in the technical specification to the main functions, system functioning, customer information, information security, documentation are formed. The tasks included in the project on creation of chatbots are defined. Recommendations are made on the calculated part of economic efficiency.
