Abstract
T he effects of the Russia–Ukraine war have been felt across the globe, including in American higher education. Colleges and universities scrambled to recall study‐abroad students from high‐risk areas of Eastern Europe. Similarly, some U.S. colleges and universities decided to end research partnerships and cut other financial ties with Russian universities and organizations. However, their main focus has been on providing support to Ukrainian students attending colleges and universities in the United States.
