Abstract
At a number of enterprises, there is a problem of wastewater treatment from oil products. It was studied the oil products composition in the wastewater in industrial sewage system of a machine-building plant. Gravimetric method was used to determine the concentration of oil products in wastewater. When detecting oil products in concentrations exceeding the MPC, it was researched the wastewater treatment from petroleum products by precipitation. It was also calculated the granulometric composition of oil products in wastewater and the main design parameters of the settling tank.
