Abstract

The article deals with issues related to remuneration and benefits for employees, which were presented as the cost of the enterprise. Authors of this publication presented the theoretical approach to issues related to remuneration as well as the results of own research regarding remuneration in terms of the cost of an enterprise on the example of a leasing company. The main objective of the study is to analyze the costs of remuneration and benefits from the point of view of the total costs of the enterprise.
