Abstract

A national study of wages and vacancies for ten positions in medical laboratories from July through September 1990 has been completed. The results of this study will provide information to assist laboratory managers in evaluating pay scales and to identify positions where there is a shortage of laboratory personnel. This is part II of a two-part article reporting the results of this survey. This part presents the survey's vacancy data. Part I, published in the March issue, presented the survey findings on wages.
