Abstract

Surface Functionalization In article number 2202453, Xing Cheng and co-workers demonstrate the high-quality surface functionalization by vapor phase grown self-assembled monolayers (SAMs), which are free of morphological defects and could be escalated into wafer scale. Herein, the chemical bondings in the anchoring groups are omitted for better clarification. The carrier mobilities in organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) are enhanced greatly with the highly uniform surface functionalization.
