Abstract
This Letter addresses a few vortex dynamics in the current–density of helium atom evolving in a time-dependent magnetic field which may prove vital for any development of the current–density dependent exchange–correlation functionals of time-dependent current–density functional theory. The current–density for the purpose was obtained through the numerical solution of a generalized nonlinear Schrödinger equation based on the time-dependent density functional theory and quantum fluid dynamics.
