Abstract

We investigate thermal diffusion and the vortex dynamics in a superconducting crobino disk. We use a new numerical method in which we combine the molecular dynamics method for vortex dynamics and the finite element method for thermal diffusion. In the corbino disk the vortex around the center moves faster than that around the edge and the temperature around the center becomes higher than that around the edge. Because of the thermal force vortices moves from the center to the edge. Finally they form a laminar flow.
