Abstract
Vortex dynamics in a corbino disk is investigated using the molecular dynamics (MD) method. Because of heat generation by the vortex motion and velocity distribution of vortices in the corbino disk, the temperature distribution is not uniform. This causes the entropy force to the vortex motion. These heat generation, heat transport, and the entropy force are included into the MD simulations. Thermal conductivity and thermal contact with a substrate of the corbino disk superconductor affect temperature distribution and the vortex dynamics.
