Abstract

By theoretical research method, this effort aims to analyze Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts of leaders and managers’ competencies and personalities. Based on this, some recommmendations of applying these points of view into developingeducational leaders and managers’ competencies and personalities are made in order to meet the demand of education innovation and international integration of Vietnamese education. Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts about training and in-service training process for leaders and managers were also discussed. These lead to applying Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts into enhancing educational leaders and managers’ competences.
