Abstract
In this paper we (1) introduce a new 3D graphical representation of DNA sequences; (2) visualize DNA sequences based on 3DD-Curves; (3) provide a new invariant of DNA sequences based on our 3DD-Curve. All this represents a new development of graphical representation and numerical characterization for DNA sequences.
