Abstract
Herein visible light was utilized as activator to enable colorimetric immunoassay to detect tumor marker based on ternary GO-C3N4-AgBr heterojunction nanophotocatalyst. Firstly, synthesized photocatalyst GO-C3N4-AgBr could oxidize TMB due to photogenerated hole and the oxidation ability was enhanced due to ternary heterojunction structure. Secondly, depending on the specific binding of antigen and antibody, the sandwich-type immunocomplex were constructed on the platform of magnetic bead with advantages of convenient cleaning and easy separation. Finally, TMB was added into the ABS buffer solution of immunocomplex. Under visible light radiation, fast change in color was observed within 10 s. Under optimal conditions, there was a linear relation between absorbance and target protein concentration in the range of 0.5 ng mL−1–25 ng mL−1 with the detection limit of 20 pg mL−1. Meanwhile, the developed colorimetric immunoassay displayed preferable selectivity, repeatability, and stability.
