Abstract

The article highlights the views of the authors on the organization of training sessions in athletic gymnastics with students in the remote education conditions; preparation of those who study for independent physical culture activities and features of safety regulations development in preparation of students for independent athletics training in the remote education conditions. The authors consider the safety features in various types of physical activity (sports, professionally applied, recreational) covered by the authors of scientific and pedagogical literature and provide their own vision of the training safety instructions content as training materials for independent athletic gymnastics. Understanding the requirements of safety is the key to a positive result in the formation of students' knowledge, skills and abilities of conscious systemic influence on the independent development of strength qualities.
 The considered features can be used to specify tasks in the process of preparing students for independent classes in strength gymnastics. Formed students’ skills to develop safety regulations for athletics can enrich the training process planning with quality characteristics. Such skills can be included in the criteria for assessing students’ readiness for independent athletics, which will comprehensively assess the level of motivation, theoretical knowledge, methodological skills and abilities for independent physical exercises, systematic practical implementation and skills of self-analysis, self-control, self- assessment and self-correction. [10, p.162].
 The authors emphasize that the effectiveness of the introduction of skills and abilities forming methods for independent students’ athletics classes in the educational process of physical education depends on the condition of safety instructions anticipation in the training sessions planning.
 The considered methodical views of scientists on the peculiarities of predicting the training sessions safety in the process of developing skills and abilities for independent athletic gymnastics can be used to substantiate the essence of training algorithms, development of the safety instructions content and some teaching explanations in the classroom.
