Abstract

The vibrational frequency (VF) and the ground state energy (GSE) of the strongly coupled -magnetopolaron in an asymmetrical semi-exponential quantum well (ASEQW) are researched theoretically. By employing the linear combination operator and LLP unitary transformation methods and quantum statistics theory (QST), the variations of the VF and the GSE with the temperature and the cyclotron frequency of magnetic field (CFMF) are calculated. The results indicate that both the temperature and the cyclotron frequency have great effects on the VF and the GSE.
