„Vertrauen ist gut, Kontrolle ist besser“: Übersetzungsqualität und Haftung für Übersetzungsfehler in Fachübersetzungen

Abstract

تقييم وتحديد المسؤولية عن الأخطاء في المتخصصة رجب محمد عبد العاطي مدرس بقسم اللغة الألمانية کلية اللغات والترجمة جامعة الأزهر يتناول هذا البحث موضوع جودة والمسؤولية عن الأخطاء في المتخصصة وينطلق من المبدأ المشهور الثقة شيء جيد، لکن المراقبة أفضل. ويناقش البحث تعريف الخطأ وتحديد المسؤول عنه في التخصصية، وأسباب ظهور الأخطاء في الترجمة، وطريقة تناول المترجم للخطأ الذي يکتشفه في النص الأصلي، وطريقة تعاطي المراجع مع الخطأ الذي يجده في الترجمة. ويوضح البحث واجبات المترجم ومسؤوليته انطلاقا من طلبية الترجمة وما ورد في الاتفاق بينه وبين صاحب أو الشرکة التي کلفته بإنجاز الترجمة. ثم يوضح البحث من خلال أمثلة المسؤولية القانونية عن أخطاء الترجمة. ويهدف البحث إلى تحديد واجبات کل أطراف والمسؤولية القانونية المنوط بها في إطار قيامه بمهمة ويؤسس البحث لمبدأ العيون الأربعة عن طريق قيام المترجم بترجمة النص ثم قيام مراجع بمراجعة لتفادي الأخطاء وإزالتها. This paper discusses quality of and the responsibility for errors in the specialized It is based on the famous principle: Trust is good, but observation is better. This research also discusses in detail the definition of error; who makes it in the specialized translation; the reasons for errors; how a translator handles an error he finds in the original text; and how a proofreader handles errors he finds in translation. The research clarifies the translator's duties and responsibilities based on the translation order and what is stated in the agreement between him/her and the customer. By using examples, the research explains the legal liability on translator. The research also founds the principle of four eyes through a qualified translator who does the task, and a proofreader at least to avoid and/or correcting any possible errors.
