Abstract

Vertically stacked complementary organic field-effect transistors and logic circuits are fabricated by inkjet printing. Based on a common-gate transistor-on-transistor structure, a complementary inverter array is demonstrated with a high static noise margin and reliable characteristics. This study reports a general strategy to continuously increase the transistor density of printed devices.
