Abstract
The vertical polarization for transient plane waves obliquely incident on a conductive half-space is analytically evaluated. It is assumed that the dispersive half-space is homogenous. Starting with the transmitted waves in the frequency domain, the corresponding time-domain expressions are first represented as inverse Laplace transforms.
