Abstract

Deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism are the most frequent cardiovascular complications of cancer, they can occur at any stage of its development. Treatment and prevention of these complications are undergoing great changes. The aim of the review is to analyze the special scientific literature, to evaluate the principles of prevention and treatment of cancer-associated thrombosis and thromboembolism.
