Abstract
患者女,64岁.无明显诱因出现左腰痛,后双下肢乏力、大小便失禁,于2010年11月入院.MRI提示胸腰段脊髓及圆锥占位病变(图1),考虑胶质瘤或炎性病变行胸腰段脊髓活检.术中脊髓表面可见迂曲、怒张静脉,圆锥增粗,镜下在腰1水平于脊髓后正中沟以宝石刀切开,深入5 mm,发现脊髓中央组织呈灰白色,血供差。
