Abstract

目的:通过检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在原发性翼状胬肉组织不同部位(头、颈、体)及正常结膜的表达,分析VEGF表达规律,探讨翼状胬肉病理机制及VEGF在翼状胬肉发生、生长过程中的作用。方法:收集在我科进行手术的初发性翼状胬肉组织35例,术中将翼状胬肉组织按头、颈、体分为3部分,并随机取5例患眼颞上方正常球结膜作对照。采用实时荧光定量PCR技术(RT-PCR)检测VEGF mRNA在各样本中的表达水平,比较VEGF mRNA在翼状胬肉和正常结膜组织中表达的差异,并比较分析VEGF mRNA在翼状胬肉不同部位的表达水平差异。结果:1、在翼状胬肉各部位及正常球结膜中均存在VEGF的表达,且表达量自胬肉头部至体部呈逐渐升高趋势。2、VEGF在翼状胬肉体部的表达量明显高于头部和颈部,表达的差异均具有显著的统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论:VEGF在翼状胬肉各部位的表达量自头部至体部呈逐渐升高趋势,且体部表达量较正常结膜明显升高,VEGF在翼状胬肉体部呈过度表达状态,表明VEGF在翼状胬肉发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。 Objective: To detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in different parts of primary pterygium (head, neck and body) and normal conjunctiva, to explore its clinical signif-icance in the mechanism of primary pterygium. Methods: Thirty-five pterygium tissue specimens and five normal conjunctival specimens were obtained during the surgery. The pterygium tissues were divided into three parts according to head, neck and body. The expressions of VEFG mRNA were detected by Real-time PCR. The differences of VEGF expression among different specimens were analysed and compared. Results: The expression of VEGF mRNA was detected in all parts of pterygium and normal conjunctiva, and the expression level of VEGF increased gradually from pterygium head to body. The expression of VEGF in pterygium body was significantly higher than that in the head and neck (P 0.05). Conclusion: The expression levels of VEGF in pterygium increased gradually from head to body, and the expression of VEGF in pterygium body was significantly higher than that in normal conjunctiva. VEGF was over expressed in pterygium body. Maybe VEGF plays an important role in the occurrence and development of primary pterygium.
