Abstract
Here we prove several results related to properties of the moduli scheme of stable bundles (or reflexive sheaves) on a smooth (resp. singular) surface, on ample spanned reflexive sheaves with sectional genus 0, and the positive characteristic case of study of rank-2 ample spanned vector bundles with very lowc2 on a surface.
