Abstract
ABSTRACTBubble pressures of the Potassium formate – Water solution (HCOOK + H2O) were measured in the temperature range 313.15–453.15 K with the mass fraction of HCOOK from 0.2–0.75. The experimental data were correlated with electrolyte-NRTL model and compared with reported empirical model. This work shall be helpful for the design and evaluation of absorption refrigeration system using Potassium formate – Water as a working fluid pair.
