Abstract

Objective: Ovarian cancer mostly presents at an advanced stage and has a low overall survival rate. However, there is a subgroup of patients who present with advanced-stage disease, receive standard initial therapy, and are seemingly cured. We hypothesize that molecular profiles of survivors who are apparently cured by initial treatment will be different from survivors who recurred.
