Abstract
目的 探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)技术在肢体皮肤严重撕脱伤回植术中的应用效果. 方法2008年1月至2009年12月共收治20例肢体皮肤严重撕脱伤患者,男15例,女5例;年龄18～86岁(平均32.2岁).皮肤撕脱部位:由肩部到腕部全程皮肤脱套伤合并休克1例,全小腿脱套伤合并休克2例,小腿合并腓骨骨折2例,足部3例,足部合并骨折3例,肘及手部7例,大腿、膝部、小腿外侧2例.撕脱类型:皮肤撕脱伤14例,脱套伤4例,潜行撕脱伤2例.撕脱面积为8 cm×10 cm～30 cm×40 cm.20例患者均联合VSD技术行撕脱皮肤回植术. 结果 20例行皮肤撕脱伤回植术的患者中,回植皮肤18例疗效为优,2例为良.经3～6个月随访,回植皮肤肤色好、弹性好、感觉好,皮毛生长,关节活动好. 结论在肢体皮肤撕脱伤回植术中联合应用VSD技术,操作简单、回植皮肤成活率高、疗效满意,是一种较理想的方法。
