Nursing effect evaluation of vacuum sealing drainage based latissimus dorsi bridge free skin flap to repair refractory wound

Abstract

Objective To explore nursing effect evaluation of vacuum sealing drainage based latissimus dorsi bridge free skin flap to repair refractory wound. Methods 37 cases of patients with intractable wounds were chosen into observation group between January 2009 and January 2012,and 26 cases were chosen into control group from January 2006 to December 2008.Cases in control group adopted conventional methods wound nursing before the wound phase 2 latissimus dorsi bridge free skin flap repair,in the observation group accepted VSD accessories line wound negative pressure closed drainage before the wound phase 2 latissimus dorsi bridge free skin flap repair. After treatment, dressing time, interval and dressing change, the times of hospitalization days and care curative effect after skin flap to repair 8 days,16 day were compared. Results Dressing time, hospitalization days in observation group after treatment were significantly less than those of control group(P<0.05),number of dressing was significantly shortened compared with control group(P<0.01),there was significant difference in dressing change interval between observation group and control group(P<0.01).There were 2 patients in control group whose repair effect after skin flap were poorer.There was no patient in the observation group who did not appear significant necrosis.Good rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01). There was 1 patient became well,1 patient became improving. Conclusions Using negative pressure closed drainage based ascending latissimus dorsi bridge free skin flap repair could cure the refractory wound recovery significantly and the effect is obvious.
