Abstract

A microwave-autoclave technique produced better V2O5/rGO assemblies in very little time. XRD used to confirm the structure and optical properties of the synthesised material. The optical spectrum were used to identify the most exact optical features and to check band energy and unique abilities. In the three-electrode configuration, the working electrode was a V2O5/rGO/graphite-sheet immersed in LiSO4 electrolyte. The cycle performance has been carried out multiple times, and the specific capacitance result reached 368 Fg−1. Galvanostatic charge and discharge evaluated the energy (Ed) and power density (Pd) values; the values are 219 Whkg−1 and 2.16 kWkg−1.
