Abstract
Continent cutanious urinary diversion and orthotopic neobladders are now considered ideal methods of urinary diversion. Most continent cutanious diversions utilize ileum, ileocolic or sigmoid colon segments .In some situations such as patients with extensive pelvic radiation, the transverse colon has been commonly utilized as colon conduit.
