Uzakbai Kulymbetov as Deputy Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Kazakh ASSR

Abstract

In any era of turbulent history, there were many people who lived their lives for the sake of the future of their people. One of them was Kulymbetov Uzakbai Zheldirbaevich, who during his lifetime worked in the interests of the country and rose from a teaching position to chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Kazakh SSR. Today's topic tells about his work as deputy chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Kazakh ASSR. This period coincided with the most difficult years in the history of Kazakhstan. The famine of 1931-1933 put the Kazakh people in a dead end. This study was written on the basis of archival documents. On the pages of the archive, it was possible to get access to many information about the activities of Uzakbai Kulymetov over the years. As a result of the research, the people should know the name of a person, a fighter for the future of the Kazakh people. It is important to insist that public policy be balanced in order to prevent cruelty in politics. The mainstay of the state is the people. Therefore, only when the power is in the people, the country can create a bright future without worrying about tomorrow
