Abstract

The study aims to report the experiences of the discipline of Philosophical Anthropology in the use of critical analysis of scientific articles as a form of evaluation. It was proposed an evaluation activity of the discipline in which the students chose to choose and present scientific articles whose subject, related to the topics addressed in the classes, was of their interest. Each student chose an article and had about five minutes to present the thematic and the results of the article, being held a discussion with the entire class intermediated by the teacher. Results and impacts: The themes selected by the students were: violence related to gender and sexuality, subjects selected in predominantly female classes.The adoption of interactive and participative strategies in the teaching practice is a challenge that is given at the present time. The use of alternative and participative forms of evaluation allowed a greater involvement of the students in the subjects of the discipline of Philosophical Anthropology, a discipline not common to the training grid of a course in the health area.
