Abstract
This paper refers to quality control through software testing, by managing the fundamental elements that involve the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB), using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. The purpose of this paper is to implement a test plan strategy for the verification and validation of the processes that are being carried out for Payroll Portability in the Financial Institution, which allows the identification of artifacts and/or documents that support decision-making for senior management, obtaining as a product in the test control process both individually and as a development team.
