Abstract
Based on the interaction mode of capture probe-target-signaling probe (CP-T-SP), an electrochemical DNA sensor based on the synergism strategy of Au electrode with large surface area, background suppression and multi-redox-modified signaling probe is developed for the detection of a specific DNA sequence. The proposed sensor can detect as low as ∼2fM target DNA with good mismatch discrimination ability and outstanding working capability in real complex matrixes.
