Performance ImprovementVolume 44, Issue 9 p. 40-44 Article Using the HPI model to improve skills for administrative assistants Carol Bimberg CPT, Carol Bimberg CPT Carol Bimberg CPT, has more than 14 years' training experience at the community college, adult education, and corporate levels. She is currently a Partner and Manager of Technical Training and Performance Improvement for JWT, a large advertising agency. In this position, she is responsible for the evaluation, selection, and implementation of computer-based training as well as for the development and presentation of technical training courses for JWT employees. She played a critical role in developing the ISO Quality manual and planning the rollout of that manual to the employees in preparation for the audit. Her degrees are in business management (BSA) and training (MA-Adult Instruction).
