Abstract

In the constantly changing conditions of providing high-quality medical care to patients, updating knowledge and developing manual skills in simulation conditions provides an opportunity for doctors and mid-level medical specialists to master the best practices of leading specialists. Undoubtedly, the quality of medical care is influenced by the level of training of employees, including basic medical education, and the subsequent continuous process of continuous professional development and improvement.
