Abstract

A comprehensive and profound understanding of the factors influencing regional tourism cooperation is the key to promoting regional tourism cooperation and is the leading condition for deepening the study of regional tourism cooperation economic incentives and cooperation mechanisms. Based on the literature review, a conceptual framework model for analyzing the factors influencing regional tourism cooperation was constructed, and these factors were systematically classified and analyzed. Using fuzzy sampling survey, we distinguished the endogenous and exogenous factors influencing regional tourism cooperation. After the data we collected was processed, we found that economic factors and simple cost-benefit analysis were very important in the start-up phase of regional tourism cooperation; however, as cooperation advanced, the factors that hindered and promoted tourism cooperation should be analyzed in a larger context. At the end of the article, the new organizational economics theory was used to explain this phenomenon, and the basic countermeasures for promoting regional tourism cooperation were put forward.
