Abstract

For the commander’s decision-making process, the processing of information from sensors and resources available for its decision-making process is very important. The great emphasis is on the quality of the information for the commander’s decision-making process. This article focuses on using a probabilistic model of signals processing in technologies in military practice and access to the current intelligence picture of the commander in the common operational picture for Command, Control, Communications, Computing, Intelligence and Information systems and Identification Friendly or Foe – IF. This article describes the use of technologies based on a probability model of signal processing from sensors in a network-oriented environment. A comprehensive approach to modeling signals from sensors and ability to use full access to information, their use in new advanced technologies, for the use of a common communication and information environment within systems supporting command and control in a network-oriented environment for achieving the relative information domination.
