Abstract
Inclusive nursing practice is essential for delivering high-quality care to diverse populations. This column describes how a fishbowl activity created a safe space for graduate nursing students to discuss biases and stereotypes in the U.S. health care system, offers five practical implementation tips, and discusses the application of this activity to nursing practice. Professional development specialists can use similar techniques for the education of practicing nurses. [J Contin Educ Nurs. 2024;55(12):565-567.].
