This academic paper explores the pivotal role of user training and change management in the success of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems within Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Canada over the last five years. The study delves into the evolving landscape of ERP adoption, identifying key trends and challenges specific to Canadian SMEs. The paper critically reviews existing literature, highlighting the symbiotic relationship between user training and change management in facilitating seamless ERP integration.
